If the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before delivery, we reserve the right to decline cancellation or offer only a partial refund, taking into account costs already incurred and the perishable nature of the product. Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched are non-cancellable.

Amendments to Orders

Should you wish to change an order after it has been placed (e.g., address, recipient details, card message), please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order reference. We will endeavour to accommodate changes before the product is dispatched, but cannot guarantee fulfilment if the order is already in progress. Amendments are not possible for same-day deliveries once an order is being prepared or out for delivery.

Returns and Refunds

As flowers are perishable, returns are not usually possible once a delivery has been made. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product upon delivery, or if the wrong items are received, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with supporting details. Each claim will be evaluated individually, and if verified, we may offer a replacement product or reasonable refund. Claims received after 24 hours of delivery are generally not accepted, due to the natural deterioration of perishable items.
